Our Solutions

We have created solutions that addresses each of the above in a very
unique way. Arden.ai is our Ai based video surveillance platform that uses actionable analytics to address certain problems.

This feature allows our system to use voice and other measures to deter unauthorized persons.

  • When someone is seen on camera after hours, the system can speak to them all on its own using custom voice responses.
  • Responses can be made to say anything from a simple greeting in the day, to something forceful at night.
  • For night responses we can also interface with lights to display a specific color like red.

Restricted access deterrence – can not only save money from liability but it can save lives as well. We can create solutions using voice and advanced analytics video that will help commercial properties keep an eye out for unauthorized access.

Monitored Security – Arden has a multitude of features perfect for monitored security by a single security guard or a security monitoring station/company.

All footage is recorded on the device and isn’t subjected to cloud interruptions or internet failures.

INSTALLATION

Depending on specifics, most deployments can be installed by the onsite maintenance staff or property manager. We will provided a detailed installation guide that can be easily followed to get everything connected. In some situations, a power cable may need to be run inside the walls from the touch screen to a light switch or to a wall outlet. This will require turning off the electrical at that specific location or in the entire office.

Jetsons Living can also install equipment at locations across the country. We can visit each property to provide onsite installation services and provide in person training if needed. This however will incur travel costs to accomplish.
